Ruth H. Godfrey, E.A.
President
Ruth obtained her Enrolled Agent credentials in 1984. She is a Fellow of the prestigious National Tax Practice Institute and a Gold Card Graduate of the National Institute of Exchange Counselors. Ruth is recognized by her peers as an expert in 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and in preparing business tax returns.
Ruth conducts seminars and workshops throughout California and Nevada for various tax practitioner organizations including ISTC, RTCA, as well as for several community colleges and provides her own privately sponsored seminars.
Sharon C. Hardy, E.A., PFP
Vice President
Sharon has been working in the tax field since 1991. She obtained her E.A. credential in 1994. Shari has developed a specialty in estate and trust taxation and serves as a trustee for individuals. She has a certificate in Personal Financial Planning from the University of California at Riverside.
Sharon is a member of the California Society of Tax Consultants and a past member of the Planned Giving Round Table, Los Angeles Chapter. Her prior experience in the non-profit sectors has given her firsthand knowledge of that field. She has served both as a church administrator and as fund raiser. Her experience in the fund raising arena focused primarily on planned giving.
