We hope you having a wonderful 2008 and are preparing yourself for 2009. We're looking forward to our another new tax season in our Upland office. The coffee is on and we're ready for you. Joining us this tax season are:
Both Norma Vargas, C.R.T.P. and Janice Coleman, C.R.T.P. will be with us again in 2009. Norma not only handles a number of our bookkeeping clients, but is also a bi-lingual tax specialist!
Sharon Throop will once again be assisting us with our E-Filing, and Lisa will be more than happy to answer your phone call, make your appointment, or greet you at the door!
We have already set appointments for many clients who wish to get their appointments booked early. Remember -- sometimes the day and time you would like to come in has already been taken, so please call early this year to assure you get the appointment time that best meets your needs. Also, our clients have found that having a set appointment helps them focus on getting organized and prepared on time for their tax filing. Our office hours for the 2009 tax season are:
Monday & Wednesday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday & Thursday 9:00 am - 7:30 pm
Friday & Saturday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
If these hours are not convenient for you, please call us so that we can schedule a more convenient time for you.

For our clients who mail information to us, please try to have your information to us by February 28 so we can prepare an accurate return and have it back to you n time for your review before April 5.
